Never hide your smile again

Are dental implants right for me?

If you’re missing at least one tooth, you are a candidate for dental implants! Even if other dentists have told you they can’t help, or you’ve suffered complications in the past, Dr. Adam Barsoum will craft a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

We understand what missing teeth mean to our patients—from being unable to bite into a crisp apple to feeling ashamed of your smile. From a medical standpoint, missing teeth can have other serious consequences, as well, like jawbone erosion and impacts to your facial structure.

While traditional dentures only go so far in addressing these problems, dental implants let you forget you ever lost any teeth—and finally regain confidence in your self-presentation. But we also know there can be a multitude of barriers to getting the best care, from embarrassment to affordability. That’s why we founded Barsoum Dental—to provide the best possible service for those who need it most.

What our patients have to say

Lasting solutions, not temporary fixes

100% success guarantee

Transforming smiles with technology

Our Services

We offer a wide range of dental-implant services, including:

Single implants

For patients missing just one to a few teeth, we fabricate a single, custom-fit dental implant that exactly replicates the look and feel of the natural tooth.

Implant dentures

For patients missing multiple or all teeth, we surgically implant titanium posts into the jaw. We then install a snap-on denture that provides a beautiful, natural smile. Implant dentures strengthen chewing power and support jawbone health, increasing comfort and functionality by 8x compared to traditional dentures. Some patients can receive their new teeth in a day!

All-on-X full mouth bridge

This is a top-of-the-line option for patients missing the full set of their upper or lower teeth. Six to eight dental implants are custom fit into the jawbone to support a complete bridge made out of zirconia, a highly durable material that also provides the most natural look. Unlike implant dentures, an All-on-X full mouth bridge doesn’t need to be removed at night—it’s a one-and-done solution that offers the greatest convenience, chewing power, and aesthetic.

Our prices

They say you get what you pay for—but at Barsoum Dentistry, we believe less can actually be more.
We’re able to offer peerless dental implant services at a lower cost, even without insurance,
for two key reasons:

  • Thanks to our decades of experience, Barsoum Dental is able to provide efficient, compassionate care with minimal risk of complication. That means fewer office visits, less pain and easier recovery, and a lower total cost of care.

  • At our NYC practice, we have our own in-house lab to create your dental implants. Without having to rely on an external lab, we can deliver both better continuity of care and faster service (some patients can even get their new teeth in a day!) at a fraction of the cost.

$4500

New York City (average)

$2800

Barsoum Dental

These prices are for an implant and abutment. If there is additional bone grafting, sinus grafting or tooth removal, additional fees will apply.

We offer multiple payment plan options to make dental implants more affordable.

Our guarantee

We can guarantee the initial success of your dental implants—and if you do your part

(such as coming in for check-ups and twice-yearly teeth cleanings), your dental implants should last for years to come.

We also guarantee something else, which we believe is just as important: a compassionate, judgement-free, and pressure-free environment. Shame has no place in your smile—whatever brought you to our offices, we’re here to help, and to help you feel as comfortable as possible along the way.

Step 1

Book a consultation

In your first visit, Dr. Barsoum will review your medical history, conduct a thorough examination, take X-rays and scans of your mouth, and develop your treatment plan.

Step 2

Surgery

Next, the dentist will implant the titanium “root” of the new tooth into your jaw. This virtually painless procedure will be conducted under local anesthesia, and recovery time is minimal—typically taking only a day or two.

Step 3

Installing the crowns

For single implants, after a period of about three months, you’ll return to Barsoum Dental to get your crowns installed. For implant dentures or an All-on-X full mouth bridge, we may be able to finish the procedure much sooner, even on the same day as your surgery.

FAQ

Any other questions before getting started? We’d love to hear from you!

Give us a call at (646) 956-4402, or book an appointment online.

  • Dental implant surgery isn’t just a cosmetic procedure. Missing teeth can cause the erosion of the jawline and the resulting degradation of facial structure. Any remaining teeth may shift, be weakened, or even fall out due to bone erosion.

  • A dental implant is a permanent replica of a missing tooth made from highly durable and safe materials (usually titanium and ceramic, though other materials may be used in case of allergies). What we refer to as the “dental implant” is not actually the part of the tooth you see, but a small, screw-like post that is surgically inserted into the jawbone, where it forms a permanent bond and will now act as the new “root” of the ceramic crown, which is crafted to perfectly match any remaining teeth in appearance and size.

  • Your dentist will go over an in-depth oral care plan with you during your consultation. Proper care is essential to guaranteeing the longevity of your smile. In general, we recommend:

    • Twice-daily brushing with a soft or electronic toothbrush

    • Cleaning in between your teeth daily, using products such as interdental brushes, irrigation devices, or floss

    • Regular check-ups and cleanings with your dentist

  • Any surgical procedure may result in some discomfort, but at Barsoum Dentistry we strive to make your dental implant surgery as painless as possible. Your dentist will discuss aftercare procedures with you to ensure your recovery is as comfortable as we can make it.
